STATEMENT
My art is a reflection of Afro-Latinx identity, ancestral memory, and the emotional journey of self-discovery. Through bold colors, layered textures, and large-scale compositions, I explore the power of storytelling, spiritual grounding, and the beauty of being different. I create from a place of care, connection, and celebration.
As a Colombian-born, Atlanta-based artist, my work draws from my Afrodescendant heritage and personal migration experience. I see art not just as an expression, but as a tool for empowerment—one that opens space for dialogue around visibility, mental health, cultural pride, and transformation.
In every piece, I seek to uplift. Whether through portraits that affirm Black beauty, or immersive exhibitions that invite reflection and unity, my goal is to inspire self-love, resilience, and community. Art, to me, is a bridge between the past and the present, and a path toward a more just, connected future.
